Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Capable by Design. This policy explains how physical curriculum orders are prepared and shipped and how digital purchases are delivered.

Physical curriculum orders

Every Complete Curriculum box is made to order. Please allow processing time while we print, assemble, review, and pack your curriculum. Because each box is prepared for an individual order, we do not promise a fixed processing or delivery date.

Free standard shipping is included with physical Complete Curriculum boxes. We ship to addresses accepted during checkout. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or supplied by a carrier is an estimate and begins after the order has shipped; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans and tracking updates can occasionally take time to appear.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@capablebydesign.academy as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has begun.

Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delays caused by weather, service interruptions, address issues, or other carrier circumstances may be outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@capablebydesign.academy with your order number. For damaged or incorrect orders, please include clear photos of the shipping box, label, and affected materials so we can review the issue and help with an appropriate resolution.

Digital products

Life Skills courses and Capable Projects are digital products. No physical item is shipped. Download access is delivered by email after checkout. Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct and check spam, junk, or promotions folders if the delivery email does not appear. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact hello@capablebydesign.academy.
